Join this webinar to hear government and construction industry leaders talk about how the Rapid Mobilisation Playbook can help guide your organisation.
The Rapid Mobilisation Playbook provides practical guidance to project owners and helps them to mobilise their projects in a fast, meaningful and safe way.
Every project, project owner or delivery agency is different and has unique needs and considerations, but there are common challenges that prevent many projects from quickly and effectively moving into the construction phase. This webinar will help unlock those common challenges.
The Playbook will help organisations and project teams that don't often complete large-scale projects on an accelerated time frame (particularly shovel-ready projects), and ensure government construction projects can support New Zealand's recovery from COVID-19.
The lessons in the Playbook are based on good practice collated from the experiences of agencies and contractors that have been effective at rapid mobilisation in the past.
In association with New Zealand Government Procurement and Property.

The Rapid Mobilisation Playbook was developed by the Construction Sector Accord in collaboration with New Zealand Government Procurement, Aurecon and the wider sector. It is supported and endorsed by the Minister for Building and Construction, the Hon Jenny Salesa, and the Minister for Economic Development, the Hon Phil Twyford.
